In 2011, this timepiece extremely sought after by collectors welcomes the CH 29-535 PS Q caliber entirely designed and created by the manufacture's laboratories (Ref. 5270). In 2014, Patek Philippe reinterpreted it in a platinum version embellished with a setting of baguette-cut diamonds (Ref. 5271P-001).
