Shipping times vary depending on product availability. Purchased product is usually delivered from 48 hours to 9 days from the order confirmation date, depending on product availability. Please note that pursuant to art. 59, first paragraph, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the provision of “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised”. With reference to the above-mentioned case of exclusion of the right of withdrawal, please note and accept that “products that are custom packaged or that are clearly personalised” include products that are indicated as customisable within the relevant information sheet, following any customisation you have requested.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please write an email to our email address: contact@rocca1794.com and indicate this as a reason for the return.  You will be asked to upload one or more images related to the defect found and will receive a confirmation email with instructions to proceed with the shipment

Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for by art. 59, first paragraph, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of the purchase of multiple products delivered separately within one order, when the latest product is received. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact Rocca Customer Service at the phone number+39 0131929873 or send a request by writing to contact@rocca1794.com from Monday to Friday – 9.00 am to 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. If you decide to use your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded any payments you made, including delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. The refund can be suspended until the goods are received and the Quality office demonstrates that the goods have been delivered in compliance with the following points. We remind you that the products must be returned in perfect condition, especially:
1. The product and its packaging must be in the same conditions in which they were received.
2. The document with the diamonds’ certification must be intact and in perfect condition.
3. The shopping bag must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
