The Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch "Apollo XVII" is a special tribute to the last mission to the Moon, celebrating the 45th anniversary of the event that took place in 1972. This model, produced in a limited and numbered series of 272 pieces, stands out for its yellow gold case that frames a glossy blue ceramic dial, paired with a bezel featuring a tachymeter scale made in OMEGA Ceragold™. A unique feature of this model is the red-printed inscription "05:34 GMT," marking the time of the last step on the Moon. The sub-dial at 9 o'clock showcases a gold depiction of the god Apollo, the Moon, and the number 17. Powered by the legendary Omega Caliber 1861, the same movement that accompanied the lunar missions, the case back features various engravings along with an 18K white gold medallion celebrating the Apollo XVII mission, depicting a raised eagle and a tribute to Gene Cernan, the last man to walk on the Moon.
