The 5230R model is the modern interpretation of Patek Philippe's iconic World Time watch, originally introduced in the 1930s. Crafted in 18k rose gold, it features a hand-guilloché central dial with a sunburst pattern. The World Time system uses two rotating discs to simultaneously display the time in all 24 time zones, with an easy-to-adjust mechanism operated via a pusher at 10 o'clock. The Caliber 240 HU is a masterpiece of watchmaking engineering, combining an ultra-thin movement with the world time complication, all finished to the high standards of the Patek Philippe Seal.
